End User License Agreement — Casino Extreme Play

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD for the Casino Extreme Play software application, which includes the iOS application, associated media, and online documentation ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

Important: By using Casino Extreme Play, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.

License Grant

CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Use the Software

Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control, for personal entertainment purposes only.

Access the Content

Access and use the games, missions, news, and other features provided within the App in accordance with this agreement.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.

Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD.

Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Software.

Interfere with or disrupt the Software, its servers, or any connected networks.

Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Software.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD.

We Own

All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, game logic, branding, and all other content in the application.

Your Device Data

Your locally stored game progress and preferences remain on your device and under your control.

Privacy and Data

Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. Casino Extreme Play does not collect personal information. The App does not require account registration and does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD or any third party.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Casino Extreme Play is a social casino entertainment application and does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from gameplay.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:

You must cease all use of the Software.
You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD also reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.

Updates and Modifications

CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CASINO EXTREME PLAY LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
