End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"), Casino Extreme Play grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Casino Extreme Play application (the "App") on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the App or its content. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by Casino Extreme Play.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and shall not permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose, or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App or exploit its features.

3. Social Casino Disclaimer

No Real Money Gambling: Casino Extreme Play is a social casino application designed exclusively for entertainment purposes. The App does not offer real money gambling of any kind. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the use of the App.

All virtual coins, chips, credits, and in-game items used within the App have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real currency, goods, or services outside of the App.

Success in social casino games does not guarantee success in real money gambling. The simulated casino experiences in the App are purely for fun and do not reflect actual gambling odds or outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, game designs, software code, and the overall look and feel -- are the exclusive property of Casino Extreme Play and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of the App's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties.

5. Updates and Modifications

Casino Extreme Play may, from time to time, release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. These updates may be required for you to continue using the App and may be downloaded and installed automatically or require manual action.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. This includes adding, removing, or changing game content, features, virtual items, or functionality.

We may also update this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Casino Extreme Play may also terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession. Any virtual currency, items, or progress associated with your account will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination of this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Casino Extreme Play does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided through the App. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Casino Extreme Play, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App.

In no event shall Casino Extreme Play's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to this Agreement or the App exceed the amount you have actually paid to Casino Extreme Play, if any, in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Casino Extreme Play operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in said jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
