1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Casino Extreme Play (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Casino Extreme Play is a social casino application designed solely for entertainment purposes. The App provides simulated casino games including slots, table games, and other casino-style experiences.

No Real Money Gambling: Casino Extreme Play does not offer real money gambling. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the use of the App. Virtual coins, chips, or credits used within the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.

The App is intended purely for entertainment. Any virtual currency or in-game items are for gameplay purposes only and remain the property of Casino Extreme Play at all times.

3. Eligibility

If we discover or have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice.

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App for personal advantage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Casino Extreme Play -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, game designs, software, and the overall look and feel of the App -- are the exclusive property of Casino Extreme Play and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Casino Extreme Play is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the App. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Casino Extreme Play, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Casino Extreme Play at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or discontinuation of the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any virtual currency, items, or progress associated with your account may be forfeited. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Casino Extreme Play operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in said jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the App. Your continued use of Casino Extreme Play after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
